Mark Ellis
CEO

Mark began his career in the Royal Navy in 1988 travelling the world and gaining valuable leadership experience. He qualified as a level 3 electrician and established himself as a respected and professional businessman. In 2018, Mark founded SM Installations North West Limited, growing the business each year by attracting and retaining strategic partners across the UK, his vast experience leading teams and delivering excellent results.
In his spare time, Mark spends time with his family, including his wife of 23 years, daughter and 2 granddaughters; however, he also likes a cheeky pint watching the blues bring it home.

Kerri is responsible for leading the SM Installations operations and sales strategy and growing the business. Kerri’s 15 years in commercial property have provided insight into new projects and connections. With strong leadership skills and sales strategy Kerri is the newest member of this growing team.
Kerri is a local girl who also runs networking events in her spare time being a key connector to many businesses across the city.

Our engineers are trained and compliant with all health and safety. Every member of the team is qualified and safe to work on-site. This includes adherence to 18th Edition electrical standards, CSCS green cards for building site access, and regularly undertaking the latest Health and Safety training with our partners NorthWest Fire Solutions.
We take our responsibility seriously.
On-site safety, staff safety and equipment. We test all our metering equipment, safety equipment, and ladders; every aspect of our kit is tested to ensure it works correctly. Our documentation and logs for each job are accounted for and quality-controlled.
